(IV) GOOGLE TOOLS
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
The website uses - (with regard to your visit to the website) if you give your consent when you (first) visit the website - Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on the website, however, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
This website uses IP anonymization in the aforementioned sense.

You can prevent the storage of cookies (after you have given your consent) by setting your browser software accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of the website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
You can find more information about Google Analytics here:
http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html, http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/
and at Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA.
We have concluded an order processing agreement with Google (see also Section 4 below).
GOOGLE MAPS
On this website you may be able to use content from the “Google Maps” service from Google. Google sets a cookie each time Google Maps is called up in order to process user settings and data when the page on which Google Maps is integrated is displayed. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but only expires after a certain period of time, unless you delete it manually beforehand. If you do not agree to this processing of your data, you have the option of deactivating the Google Maps service and thereby preventing the transmission of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use Google Maps or only to a limited extent. However, the data processing described above will only be carried out (with a view to your visit to the website) if you give us your consent when you visit the website (for the first time) (if you do not give such consent, content from Google Maps will be on the website not available or only available to a limited extent).
Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by Google can be found in Googles corresponding data protection declaration. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
GOOGLE ADS
We use Google Ads from Google to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Ads) on external websites. In relation to the advertising campaign data, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. In doing so, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
These advertising media are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers". To do this, we use ad server cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. For this cookie, the unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user does not wants to be addressed more) is saved.

These cookies enable Google to recognize your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Ads customers website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Ads customer is assigned a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of Ads customers. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the advertising measures mentioned. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. Based on these evaluations, we can see which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising material, in particular we cannot identify the user based on this information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and are therefore informing you according to our state of knowledge: By integrating ads, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our advertisements. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and save your IP address.

You can prevent participation in this process in various ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly; in particular, suppressing third-party cookies means that you will not receive any third-party ads; b) by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers who are part of the self-regulatory campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; c) by permanent deactivation in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this offer to their full extent.
GOOGLE WEB FONT
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. The Google web fonts are installed locally on our server (in this respect, data processing may take place as described above under Section 3(I); cf. the information on the relevant legal basis there as well). There is no connection to Google servers.
MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOOLS REFERRED TO IN SECTION 3(IV).
The legal basis for the aforementioned processing of your personal data in connection with Google Analytics and Google Maps is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent; you can revoke the corresponding consent at any time with effect for the future). The legal basis for the aforementioned processing of your personal data in connection with Google Ads is Art. 6 Para. 1 S.

1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests). The legitimate interest here is that we have a legitimate economic interest in understanding whether and how (often) the website is used and how we can successfully place advertising. The interests of the website users are not affected in this context, or only to a very small extent (since the data processed in this context makes it difficult to assign them and no particularly critical data are processed). Against this background, our legitimate interests outweigh the interests of the user.
If necessary, your personal data will be processed in the USA in connection with the aforementioned tools (see above). Google has committed to comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal information from EU member states, published by the US Department of Commerce. Google has declared through certification that it complies with the relevant Privacy Shield principles. The EU Commission assumes that the United States guarantees adequate legal protection for personal data that is transmitted from the EU to self-certified organizations in the USA under the Privacy Shield. For more information, see: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework

The personal data collected as part of the use of the website - subject to other cases expressly described in this data protection declaration - will not be passed on to third parties or transmitted in any other way without your consent.

We may use (technical) service providers who process personal data on our behalf (e.g. IT service providers). These service providers process the corresponding personal data exclusively according to our instructions (processors). The legal basis for such data processing is Art. 28 GDPR (order processing) in conjunction with, as a rule, Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest; cf. the corresponding legitimate interest above).
We may disclose your personal data to third parties if we are required to do so by law (e.g. at the request of a court or law enforcement agency). The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter c GDPR (legal obligation).

5. LENGTH OF RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Insofar as no other storage period results from the other provisions of this data protection declaration, we only store your personal data obtained from us in connection with the use of the website for as long as this is necessary in particular to process your inquiries to us or only for the period of time, which is necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, then only to the extent and insofar as we are obliged to do so due to mandatory statutory storage obligations. If we no longer need your data for the purposes described above, they will only be stored during the respective statutory retention period and not processed for other purposes.
6. SUBJECT RIGHTS
You have the right to request information about your personal data stored by us at any time. Insofar as the legal requirements are met, you also have the right to rectification, deletion or restriction of the processing of the relevant personal data and the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us, as well as the right to receive from us your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format (you may transmit this data to other parties or have it transmitted).
If you have given your consent to the use of personal data, you can revoke this at any time for the future. If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law, you can complain to the competent supervisory authority for data protection.
7. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
The data you transmit is protected by us using suitable technical and organizational means in order to protect it from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously checked and improved in line with technological developments and organizational possibilities.
